About the Role

The successful candidate will support multiple business functions including office administration, HR coordination, and executive diary management.

This is a key role requiring strong multitasking ability, discretion, and excellent communication skills in both English and Greek.

Office Management

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure a well-organised working environment
  • Manage office supplies, vendors, and facilities
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and internal communications
  • Implement and maintain office procedures and systems

Finance Support

  • Liaise with external accountants

HR Administration

  • Support recruitment processes (job postings, scheduling interviews)
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Coordinate staff leave, attendance, and internal policies

Diary & Executive Support

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling for management
  • Arrange meetings, travel, and accommodation
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Act as a point of contact between management and stakeholders

Requirements

Essential

  • Fluency in English and Greek (written and spoken)
  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles
  • Experience with HR administration
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Good understanding of office/admin processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

Desirable

  • Previous experience supporting senior management
