About the Role

This role is well suited to a Project Manager who operates confidently with minimal supervision, can manage complex stakeholder environments, and brings a pragmatic, outcomes-driven approach to delivery.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in leading projects that enable seamless system integration, process optimisation, operational efficiency and AI adoption for our clients.
The successful candidate will work closely with clients, integration specialists, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard, with clear governance, strong risk management, and measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of integration, automation, and business process transformation projects, from initiation through to successful closure.
  • Own project planning, governance, and delivery assurance, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Work collaboratively with technical and business stakeholders to shape delivery approaches, clarify requirements, and define realistic delivery plans.
  • Establish and maintain effective project governance, including steering groups, status reporting, financial tracking, and RAID management.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate delivery risks, particularly those associated with integrations, dependencies, and data flows.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for clients, providing clear communication, managing expectations, and resolving issues effectively.
  • Coordinate and motivate cross-functional delivery teams, including consultants, client resources, and third-party vendors.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Co Valere’s project delivery frameworks, templates, and ways of working.

Requirements

Key Requirements:

  • Strong experience delivering projects as a Project Manager, ideally within consulting, professional services, or technology-enabled environments.
  • Demonstrable experience managing integration-led or business process transformation projects.
  • Solid understanding of systems integration concepts, process mapping, and end-to-end business process design.
  • Experience working with a mix of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches.
  • Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and complex delivery dependencies.
  • Experience working alongside architects, integration engineers and offshore development teams.
  • Strong planning, financial management, and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with confidence engaging at both operational and leadership levels.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive progress.

Desirable:

  • PRINCE2, APM, PMP, or Agile (Scrum Master / SAFe) certification.
  • Experience delivering integration projects involving iPaaS platforms, APIs, or enterprise applications (e.g. ERP, CRM, HR, Finance systems).
  • Consulting experience with client-facing delivery responsibility.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Flexible working arrangements within the UK.
Ongoing professional development, training, and certification opportunities.
  • A collaborative, supportive, and high performing team environment.
  • The opportunity to lead high-impact integration and business process initiatives across a diverse client base.
